Alexander Argyros

Alexander is the co-founder of BlueLayer, a climate-tech operating system, helping the world’s leading carbon projects launch, get certified, and scale. He previously co-founded Moonfare, a technology company that helps individual investors get access to top-tier PE funds, which most recently raised $125m from Insight Partners. He brings deep experience as an entrepreneur and investor, having built and invested in companies over the past 15 years. Alexander is also the co-founder of 7GC, a cross-border technology growth fund with offices in San Francisco and Berlin.

Before becoming an entrepreneur, he was a member of KKR’s team having worked on several transactions across technology, business services, and energy. He started his career at J.P. Morgan in Investment Banking in New York and London. He has completed his military service in Greece, serving in the anti-aircraft artillery battalion in the island of Lemnos and at the army’s command center in Athens. Alexander graduated magna cum laude with a B.Sc. dual major in Civil Engineering and Economics from Tufts University and obtained his MBA from INSEAD.
